We predominantly provide landlord gas safety certificates (CP12) to landlords and letting/managing agents. Our ability to effectively communicate with managing agents & tenants, schedule and carry out the inspections and do all of the necessary administration with great efficiency ensures we provide an excellent service for our clients.

We provide a gas cooker installation service across Liverpool, and can offer advice and help you with any queries you may have regarding the work. Our team also carry out combi boiler installation and work to a high standard. If an old appliance is constantly breaking down, sometimes it may be more cost-effective in the long run to look at replacing the boiler with a more efficient model, ensuring it is fitted to a good standard and with proper controls.

We also work alongside various Kitchen companies undertaking the gas installation work on their projects. This can be as simple as a cooker disconnection or moving the gas supply to the other side of the room and installing a built-in oven and gas hob.

All of our engineers are Gas Safe registered, meaning they can legally and safely carry out work within the scope of the work categories listed on their licence card. You should always use a Gas Safe registered engineer for any gas work.
